Standard on SE, SEL and XRT. When the system detects a vehicle or pedestrian in your path, it warns you of a potential collision. If you don’t begin stopping in time, the system may automatically apply braking. In addition, the FCA system can also apply brakes when turning left at an intersection when risk of a collision with an oncoming vehicle is detected.*
Navigation-based Smart Cruise Control with Stop & Go and
Curve
Control
Standard on all trims. Navigation-based Smart Cruise Control with Stop & Go and Curve Control is a system of safety features. While traveling at a speed set by you, the Stop & Go feature uses a radar to help maintain a safe distance from the car ahead. After the system slows the vehicle to a stop, it will reactivate if the vehicle in front moves within 3 seconds. Navigation-based cruise control feature sets the cruising speed at the maximum speed limit of the road on which the car is driving based on the local speed limit. Lastly, the Curve Control feature slightly reduces the cruising speed in expectation of a curved road.*

Comprehensive monitoring and warning of potential collisions and assists in avoiding collisions. Vehicle systems will apply the brakes, if warranted.*
Blind-Spot Collision Warning
(BCW)
Standard on all trims. Your Hyundai notifies you with a visual alert when its radars detect a vehicle in your blind spot area. If you try to change lanes in this situation, an audio warning will sound.*
Lane Keeping Assist (LKA)
Standard on all trims. Your vehicle warns you through audio and visual cues if your vehicle drifts out of its driving lane without signaling. If necessary, it may gently apply corrective steering assistance to keep you inside the lane.*
High Beam Assist (HBA)
Standard on all trims. Constantly turning your high beams off and on can be a hassle, which is why this thoughtful feature automatically does it for you. It can detect oncoming vehicles and toggle between high and low beams accordingly.
Driver Attention Warning (DAW)
Standard on all trims. To help prevent potential accidents, this system monitors your driving patterns to detect drowsy or inattentive driving. Once detected, it alerts you with a sound cue coupled with a warning message on the instrument cluster.*
Safe Exit Assist (SEA)
Standard on all trims. This pioneering innovation warns the driver when the vehicle is parked and its radar detects a vehicle approaching from behind. If necessary, it will override attempts to deactivate the Electronic Child Safety Lock until it’s safe for your child to open the door.*
Highway Driving Assist (HDA)
Standard on SE, SEL and XRT. When actively engaged with Smart Cruise Control or Lane Following Assist, it automatically helps keep you centered in your lane and traveling at a safe distance behind the car ahead. It also can keep you driving at the right speeds, automatically setting your pace based on GPS and highway data.*
Highway Driving Assist (HDA II)
Standard on Limited and Calligraphy. Available on SEL. When actively engaged with Smart Cruise Control or Lane Following Assist, it automatically helps keep you centered in your lane and traveling at a safe distance behind the car ahead. It also can keep you driving at the right speeds, automatically setting your pace based on GPS and highway data. And when vehicles unexpected cut in front of you at a lower speed, Lane Changing Assist kicks in to help you move out of harm's way.*

Standard on all trims. When you’re going in reverse, it lets you know with audio and visual cues if its sensors detect a vehicle approaching from the left or right. It may even apply the brakes automatically if needed.*
Rear Occupant Alert (ROA)
Your vehicle warns you through audio and visual cues if your vehicle drifts out of its driving lane without signaling. If necessary, it may gently apply corrective steering assistance to keep you inside the lane.*
Ultrasonic Rear Occupant Alert
(Ultrasonic ROA)
Standard on SEL, XRT, Limited and Calligraphy trims. As the engine is turned off, a visual warning in the instrument cluster reminds you to check the rear seats before exiting. Additionally, overhead ultrasonic sensors monitor the backseat area to minimize the risk of a child or pet accidentally being left inside after the vehicle is parked and locked. If sensors detect movement, the horn will honk, lights will flash and your smartphone will receive an alert through Bluelink®.*
Lane Following Assist (LFA)
Standard on all trims. Using the front-view camera to detect lane markers on the road, this feature assists the driver's steering to help keep the vehicle centered inside the lane.*

(RSPA)
Standard on Calligraphy. This enables your Hyundai to park itself, even when you're not inside. It can back into and pull out of a parking space with a push of your Smart Key button.*
Parking Collision-Avoidance
